Today I had the incredible experience of being baptized.
It is my JOY to obey.
I wish I could describe the experience in its fullest, but it is an experience one must have with the Holy Spirit.
I was surrounded by my family in Christ and it was so meaningful to go through this with people who have been on this spiritual journey with me.
I got to do it outside, on a beautiful day, in the Chippewa river, in the middle of the city I call "home."
I am so thankful God called me to be baptized to join in more fully with those in His body.
"For we were all baptized by one Spirit so as to form one body -- whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free -- and we were all given the one Spirit to drink. Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many." - 1 Corinthians 12:13-14
